Meg Koepke
Meg Koepke, is a Founder of Coral Health Advisors, a women-owned consulting firm focused on helping health care leaders turn complexity into confident action at the intersection of policy, strategy, and operations. Over her career, Meg has worked across frontline care delivery, government, and consulting to advance population health and value-based care for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercially insured populations.
Meg began her career as a care coordinator serving patients with chronic and terminal illness, where she saw firsthand how difficult it can be for people to access the right care at the right time. She later joined the CMS Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), helping lead alternative payment and care delivery models focused on accountable care, primary care, Medicare-Medicaid integration, and special populations. She holds an MHA from the University of Minnesota.
